One Education Website

The foundation website has been my baby since starting at One Education. While the primary mission (to close the digital divide) has stayed true, our needs from this web property changed dramatically over time.

What began life as a simple provider of "who we are, what we do" information - by its third iteration needed to become a viable e-commerce solution selling a solitary product to two separate audiences.

To stay within a tight NFP budget while achieving the best possible e-commerce experience for the end-user, we built a custom theme on top of the Shopify platform. This allowed us to focus on telling our story, informing the user about our product, and leave the nuts and bolts of shopping carts and payment gateways to the platform.
