Our friend in the blue suit started life as my first ever 3D sculpting project, a rhinoceros head created in 3D-coat.
Not bad for a first try.
Then the initial sketching in Photoshop...
Followed by shape and lighting refinement, and colour...
...and then finished in his natural gold.
