Commbank have an incredible offer for their staff: Pick a cause, contribute your time or make donations, and the Foundation will match dollar to dollar. All you need to do is join the Foundation. And yet, most new starters miss the tick box, and it's tricky to encourage new members after that point.

The Solution

The Solution

An emotive mini-documentary content series that explored multiple angles of the Foundation. Who are the members (people like you)? What causes and who do they support, and what's the why embedded in their personal stories? What's the impact on the organisations who are chosen? People from the bank and from the charitable organisations were interviewed both on and off-site to create this moving series - driving both a new burst of sign-ups, and improving the on-going new starter sign-up rate.
